Day workshops for teams. Teams of people need a lot of people-based attention. The needs of people in relation with other people are appreciation, belonging and self-efficiency or self-worth. The workplace people and relationships with them play a big part in our life. We spend a lot of our life time with people who are not family. People tend to think they can leave out all they know about relationships when being at work. Some emotional aspects never leave us, no matter where we are. It is important to sort out the different feelings and needs. We all live in the same world, but we see it with our very own eyes. We all live with concepts, expectations, character traits. We feel how different NORMAL is when disagreement arise. We are surprised how long another person can go without noticing what is obvious to us. A little disadvantage our brain is that we seem to concentrate on problems and the difference when we should focus on the COMMON ground. Difference in understanding create borders. Borders of different perspectives. Borders of diversity. Let’s meet at the borders of our diversity. Those borders can be felt when the understanding of ROLES VALUES EXPECTATIONS THE JOURNEY TOGETHER differ but are unknown, assumed, not clearly articulated, made visible, discussed, negotiated and agreed on.
