I have a deep understanding and affection for people going through changes and when they get to a point in their life where they can't go any further. From the deepest conviction and experience, I believe in these unpleasant invitations in life to deal with oneself, to fathom oneself. I myself take great pleasure in analyzing, sorting and visualizing.

My work adds value when people get on their way and come to me from initially insurmountable mountains of errands, responsibilities, entanglements, obligations, fear of the future, unable to act but willing to act and we empty our pockets in the first step, put everything on the table and look at the mountain with respect. Then we sort them thematically and put things in order. Priorities and todos can be derived from the order. Everything that burns first. Step by step forward.  It is important to me to accompany with confidence and to activate your own power to solve.

 

It is a gift to watch people come to terms with themselves and their assumptions, patterns, concepts, little lies, what is no longer conducive to them. Recognizing oneself and then standing up for oneself and living on one's own responsibility is growing up, freedom, calm, grounding, self-confidence, trust in oneself and the state that many at the beginning of processes in the formulation of goals "I SHOULD FEEL BETTER" or "I WANT TO BE HAPPY" and be able to differentiate much later in many different ways. People often know what they want, I help them to recognize it, to name it, to formulate it more clearly and allow themselves to live.
